Easter Brunch
The Pembroke Room will host its much-loved Easter Brunch across the Easter weekend, a seasonal favourite among our guests.
Majorelle
For Easter, Majorelle will serve a special Easter menu from 12:00pm – 8:00pm, while Jacques Bar will be open from 12:00pm – 10:00pm.
Guests can enjoy seasonal highlights such as Asperges blanches, sauce gribiche (white asparagus with gribiche sauce), Papillotte de légumes de printemps (spring vegetables “papillotte”), Poulet rôti “Grand-Mère” (roast chicken with potatoes, mushrooms and bacon), and Épaule d’agneau rôtie au romarin (braised lamb shoulder with rosemary). To finish, desserts include the signature Soufflés and Oeuf à la neige with caramel
Afternoon Tea
Majorelle will continue to serve our popular Lily of the Valley Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Dior Maison. (Available Saturday 4 April)
