The Lowell's Love Story with Fashion: NYFW Spring 2020

Picture1

Another Fashion Week has just graced the streets of New York City and everyone was dressed to the nines for a week-long celebration of style, fun, trendy events and the upcoming fall fashions. At The Lowell, New York Fashion Week has always been a special time, whether the hotel is honoring legendary designers like Coco Chanel with a unique afternoon tea menu or hosting a photo shoot or event in Majorelle and the carefully-tailored suites of the hotel. Glamorous brands like 1stdibs Jewels, Reem Acra Wedding, DDC28, VICTOR GLEMAUD and 24 Sèvres have created beautiful moments in our famous dwellings like the Club Room.

From the fabulous Coco Chanel herself, “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” The Lowell has always held the fashion industry close to its heart and we love to see the latest outfits from our guests, partners, followers and friends, as they visit the hotel and share them on social media. Style has also always been a major influence at The Lowell, between our fresh blooms, floral arrangements, crystal chandeliers, suites’ interior design and extensive library, providing the fashion-lover with inspiration and ideas for future endeavors.

To celebrate NYFW past and future, we have curated a collection of our choice outfits and darling visitors to The Lowell for our followers to enjoy and reminisce on their favorites. View the assortment of images below!

On Wednesday, February 5th, 2020,  The Lowell kicked off a month-long celebration of love, just in time for NYFW, with the reveal of the Love at The Lowell Offer. Dina De Luca Chartouni, co-owner of the hotel, posed with her closest friends in front of the custom-made “Love at The Lowell” neon lettering. Guests of the event sipped champagne and enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and Valentine's Day treats and chatted the evening away.
